- How does the checkout process work?
We use PayPalTM, one of the most reliable and trusted merchant systems available on the Internet. By clicking on any "Add to cart" button, a second window will open up (be sure you disable your pop-up blocker for our site). You can add more items to the cart by switching back to the Christian Games! Now! screen and selecting more items. When you are done, you can easily switch to the shopping cart window by clicking any "View Cart" button. If you have a PayPalTM account, all you have to do to complete the checkout process is just log in. Otherwise, you will need to create an account with PaypalTM, or complete your order by printing out an order form to prepare manually and send in with your payment. Back to top

- Do you accept International orders?
Yes, but International buyers will pay actual shipping costs and will need to specify the preferred method of shipment. Back to top
- Why do I need to confirm my address? (PayPal only)
If your address is NOT confirmed within PayPal, we will contact you by telephone prior to shipping. Please be sure to include a telephone number when you place your order. Back to top
- What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event that your item(s) received damage during shipment to you, we will replace the damaged item(s) once you return them. In general practice, returns of opened software are not allowed. Please contact us if you are having other issues and we'll get you in touch with the developers for the proper resolution of the problem. Back to top
- What type of shipping do you provide?
All orders within the US with ship USPS Priority Mail but only cost you $4.05,
even if it weights more than a pound (we'll cover the rest). International customers, you just pay actual shipping cost per the method you specify. Back to top
- I want to ship my items to an alternate address. How do I do that?
Make sure you contact us if you want the item shipped to a different address as a gift or for some other occasion. Since you specify a different "ship to" address than your home address, PayPalTM will report it as unconfirmed. Please provide a phone number when you contact us in case an issue develops with your merchandise. Back to top
- How do I know what items will work with my computer?
We try to provide as much information as we can on the system requirements for the software we sell. Most of our merchandise will only operate on computers running some version of MicrosoftTM WindowsTM, but we do have some products that also operate on AppleTM systems. - I would like to request an item I do not see available. May I do that?
Absolutely! We would love to hear from you! Please contact us about such an item and give us as much information as you can about the item (name of product, manufacturer of product, etc.) so we can find exactly what you want. If we can get it for you, we will contact you with the total cost of the item, including shipping, and complete the order as soon as possible. Back to top
